How did you get started with Cape Reserve, Brisa?!

I was looking for a part time job I do on the side of being a flight attendant for Delta
Airlines, so I started with Cape ReserveTwo months later I decided this is my dream job and an opportunity like no other, and left Delta to give this career my all.

What is your favorite aspect of working at Cape?

I absolutely love helping people and getting to meet new customers every day. I’m
motivated by seeing the development of others and getting to interact with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds! The team atmosphere is the most enthralling aspect of my job.

Where would you like to travel this year?

My dream spot to travel to, where I still haven’t been, would be Thailand.

Who is your most influential mentor?

My mom is my biggest role model. When I was little and people asked what I wanted to be when I grew up I would say “a mom.” She is the strongest most admirable woman I know.

What do you do for fun outside of the office?!

My hobbies include cycling and playing video games on my N64. It’s been my favorite thing to do since I got my first Nintendo when I was 5, haha!

What’s the best advice you would share to someone starting at Cape Reserve?

The best advice I would give to someone is to find what motivates YOU! Whether you’re
motivated by professional development, providing for your family, financial freedom, travel or something different, having purpose makes all of the difference. Knowing what fuels and motivates me allows me to be present daily and really give every responsibility of mine 100%.

What’s a random, fun fact about you?!

I can and do pick up almost anything with my toes. They’re extremely flexible, haha.
